Prepare for Success with PLAN & Gear Up

Students in the 10th grade will take a test called the PLAN test. It is important for a number of reasons:

  • PLAN is a great way for a student to prepare for the ACT test.
  • Students who take PLAN tend to score higher on the ACT.
  • PLAN shows academic strengths and where improvement is needed.
  • PLAN lets students know if they are on track for college.
  • PLAN matches careers with a student's interests.

Once the student takes the PLAN test, results will be received, and the rest of this or her high school career can be mapped out.

For more about how a student can prepare for college, thereare several ways to contact the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education regarding college preparation.
