To get started with resources to help you prepare for standardized tests use the database LearningExpress Library. It offers skill-building interactive courses in math and English, software (including MS Office and Photoshop), as well as hundreds of online interactive practice tests for several types of exams (including the GRE, MCAT, PCAT, and others), civil service positions, and U.S. citizenship.
Another Database with courses to help you to prepare for national standardized tests is Khan Academy. While Khan Academy is primarily known for providing videos about mathematics, over the years it has expanded to include videos on study skills, standardized tests preparation, and more.
