In the "Sharing" option of the left sidebar, content can be shared with anyone who has an account through SWOSU.
Private sharing can take place among:
1) two or more faculty working together
2) two or more students working together
3) two or more faculty and students working together
Sharing content can be managed through a URL or by an invitation through email.
Permissions in sharing content can be divided into these options:
1) read only
2) annotate
3) modify
Public sharing can take place when the content is shared with anyone at SWOSU when the owner selects the option, "anyone within your organization may join this folder."
Working with non-SWOSU partner with access to RefWorks:
Private sharing will work in these situations.
Working with non-SWOSU partner with access to EndNote or other citation management service:
Collaborate by exporting RIS file and share it with the person(s).
