Coronavirus: SWOSU COVID-19 Cases: 2020-2022

This guide tracks and charts the weekly COVID-19 cases reported at SWOSU from 8/17/20 to 5/3/22.

Introduction

From August 17th, 2020 until May 3rd, 2022, SWOSU released weekly reports on the number of student and employee COVID-19 cases. The counts were based on self-reports to the university made by students and employees, and included all SWOSU locations.

Notes:

  • 8/17/2020 - In-person fall 2020 classes begin. SWOSU did not report case counts prior to fall 2020.
  • 9/7/2020 - Labor Day holiday
  • 9/8/2020 - Weekly reports changed from Mondays to Tuesdays
  • 10/27/2020 - Weather closure, report delayed until 10/30/2020
  • 11/24/2020 - In-person fall 2020 classes end
  • 12/9/2020 - Fall finals end
  • 12/29/2020 - Holiday Break, no report
  • 1/4/2021 - Campus reopens
  • 1/11/2021 - In-person spring 2021 classes begin
  • 1/18/2021 - Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day holiday
